More about the event: This event is modeled on a charity sporting event like "Race for the Cure". We will be meditating for 25 hours, in shifts. Each participant will have sponsors, so he or she will be both gaining merit by practicing, and by contributing to the Dharma Center.  Anyen Rinpoche has said that the Medicine Buddha practice we will be doing is good for our health, and for the whole area and the land where we will be practicing. We will be meditating for the benefit of all beings, for Denver, for our families and friends, for peace, and for health and healing for everyone.
 
FAQ's:
Do I have to attend the whole thing? You don't have to attend for all 25 hours.
Is there a cost to attend? Aim to bring at least $100 in donations- this is in place of any entrance or registration fee. 
What if I have never done this practice before? No problem! The intention to do something good for others is the only prerequisite.
How do I collect donations? Direct your sponsors to this website to donate by PayPal, or collect cash or check donations and bring them to the event.
