Orgyen Khamdroling hosts a monthly children's program the last Sunday of every month. We focus on mindfulness, compassionate action, brief sitting meditation, and other fun activities.
This is the first of 3 trainings that prepares students with the skills to use death as an opportunity for enlightenment. This retreat will include daily phowa and wind energy practice along with in-depth teachings on the signs of death and other topics in Rinpoche's book, Dying with Confidence.
